• AI Foundations 101: Creates a shared baseline for how AI and large language models work, where they add value, and how to use them responsibly.

• Build Your Own AI Assistant: Each participant created a custom assistant with system instructions, example prompts, and guardrails for quality. Every employee left with a functional assistant inside Copilot or ChatGPT to support their daily responsibilities.
