We combine hands-on training with understanding guardrails. Teams learn core AI literacy, practice with their own workflows, and leave sessions with custom AI assistants and knowledge that respect brand, security, and compliance guidelines. The result is AI usage that’s fast and practical.

We are tool agnostic so no matter what technology your team has access to, our processes and frameworks work across them. AI Workshops use the same platforms your employees use every day: LLMs, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, etc. We also deliver plug-and-play Zapier/Cassidy workflows and provide optional customized tool options.

  • Safety & compliance built-in: every lesson prioritizes safe and responsible AI use.

  • Senior-level instructors: sessions are led by former C-suite marketers and AI product builders.

  • Certification: all employees leave with principles and practice certification

  • Enablement for leadership: We offer leadership and people leader enablement so that rolling out training is seamless.

7. What ROI should we expect, and how is it measured?

Here are example ROI from products built in previous workshops:

  • Brand-voice content review: Reduced from 2-3 days to under 60 seconds (97%+ time savings)

  • Draft-to-publish time: Cut from 3 hours to just 30 minutes (6× faster)

  • Content production and reach: Increased from 2 posts to 10+ posts (5x+ audience reach)

8. How much time will my team need to invest?

A typical org-wide AI enablement program is:

  1. Two live workshops (90 minutes each) – foundational understanding and hands-on creation of custom assistants.

  2. Self-paced modules ( > 3 hours) – complete within a week.

  3. Leadership alignment (60 to 90-minute session) – cement adoption and answer edge cases.

For targeted team trainings (sales, marketing, HR, product, etc) our trainings can range from one 60 to 90-minute session to a multi-week cohort.
