Phase 1: Assessment & Benchmarking
Gravi AI conducted a structured assessment to understand Ontra’s current AI readiness and identify the highest-impact opportunities. This included a team-wide AI readiness survey, a leadership alignment interview, and seven functional team interviews. Insights from this work were synthesized into a Discovery Findings Report that included an AI Maturity Benchmark scorecard, three immediate quick wins, a readiness-for-change assessment, and a recommended roadmap for training and enablement.
